At last night’s workshops people baked, helped with the drinks, did the washing up and helped pack things away, put away the tables etc and even gave the visiting tutor a lift to the station …… huge thanks to you all x

Last Monday saw the first of our evenings with two mini workshops ‘Crochet a snowflake garland’ and ‘Felt decorations’ which was reminiscence of a game of musical chairs for some! October update

4 Nov

The 1st of October saw the Making Bunting workshop led by Sarah from Bonny Boutique, you will find the review here.  We also had two evenings of Craft at The Crown, the last one will be in December as they don’t seem to be as popular as we thought they would be so we’ll be concentrating on the workshops and craft café after Christmas. We’d love to hear some feedback from you about the evenings at The Crown so please do get in touch. We also had the last Craft Café until after Christmas where we tried out a mini workshop (‘Learn how to use your Sewing Machine’) at the same time which was a success I think.

The last Craft Cafe evening

The first half of October was hectic with the launch of the Homemade Christmas workshops. Some of the workshops were full within days! The workshops started with the Block printing workshop with Annalees followed by the Cake Truffles workshop with Jo. Both were fun filled and creative evenings. Reviews are here and here. As we move into November the festive spirit is stepping up a notch with more Christmas workshops – hope to see you at some of them?
