Latest update on new mini workshops

25 Feb

Now that we have slightly changed the way our evenings work we thought it would be a good idea to update you regularly. Last year we had one large workshop each month on a Monday evening followed by a craft café evening towards the end of each month, plus some Wednesday evenings for Craft at The Crown. We are still having all our events on the first and third Monday evenings of each month (slightly different in some months due to bank holidays) however we now have several smaller workshops running side by side with our craft café on each evening. As we now have a lovely new larger venue and with the informal nature of Make this has worked well for the last two sessions.

At tonight’s event we have the second session in a four part course on Making a Patchwork Quilt plus another 2 part workshop in Beginners Crochet starting. Both are fully booked. However we also have a workshop in ‘Natural Soap Making’, details are here, with Beverley of Just Bev Soaps. We do have a few spaces left for this so email us on makehorsham@yahoo.co.uk if you’d like one. Fantastic value at £15 as you will make about 8-10 bars of soap in the workshop!

Craft café will also be going on, at only £4, so if you fancy some company whilst you knit or do another craft then come and join us for tea, cake and some crafting chatter.
